       Many Siddhas have worshiped this small but ancient Shiva temple in the village of Manniyar Jyoti.   Shiva’s name here is Vaikarai Ishwar yet He is also called fondly as  Jeevanatheeswarar.     The local villagers have already pledged 7 lakhs for the renovation of this sacred temple as Shiva here also acts as their Kula Devata and Father
